College of Behavioral and Social Sciences Honors Students’ Achievements

Lander University’s College of Behavioral and Social Sciences held its honors and awards program on Thursday, April 7 in the Josephine Abney Cultural Center Auditorium.

“It is our great pleasure to honor and celebrate academic achievements by students,” said Dr. Lucas McMillan, dean of the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences. “This is a celebration of all the academic achievements and success we experience in the classroom and outside of it.”

 

Department of Government, Criminology & Sociology

The College of Behavioral and Social Sciences also presented Dean’s Awards to Courtney J. Clavel, of Bluffton; Chelsea M. Davis, of Lexington; and Macy E. Gault, of Greenwood.

 

Part-Time Faculty Award

In addition to the students’ awards, the College also recognized the impact that part-time faculty have on students.  Part-Time Faculty of the Year was awarded to Heather Bennett.
